The NFLPA is reportedly bracing for the NFL to hand down an “unprecedented” punishment to Deshaun Watson of the Cleveland Browns. Their defense may invoke Robert Kraft.

Don’t forget the sham punishment of Dan Snyder for being the ring leader of a systemic toxic culture of harassment and abuse. Exhibit B if you will. I remember the NFL announcing his paltry fine right before the July 4th holiday weekend when everyone is occupied with vacation.

Synder’s mess is ongoing. Kraft’s lawyers appealed to the Judge to have the video evidence tossed out and the case was dropped without the evidence. Either way, it’s a double standard between players and owners.

Is there film of Kraft visiting a massage/sex parlor in Florida?

How high can you hang a guy based on allegations of sex workers which the legal system has not deemed worthy of a criminal charge?

I am not much on unions, but the NFLPA should fight for one of their own by any an all means at their disposal.


I have not been much of an observer and certainly not a fan of NFL football for quite a long time. But I have watched a playoff game or two and the Superbowl regularly. I am close to giving up on the NFL for the callous and completely image serving manner in which the league seems intent on throwing Watson to the mob.

If Deshaun were my son and he was penalized another year, I would suggest he never play another down of NFL football.
