Clemson fought & fought & fought after looking like Duke would blow it open. Had victory right there...then let it slip away

Ultimately, these are the games we never win. This are the games that separate great from good/medicore. These are the games that separate March Madness from the NIT. The games that kill the hopes of Clemson year after year.

I think this game creates the momentum for this team to finish strong. They know they let it slip away with sloppy play and allowed the refs to control the outcome with the BS technical on Clark etc…

Remember a couple weeks ago the stats were shown...since like 2014 or so, Clemson finishes the stretch (i.e. ACC play primarily) at or below .500 after a good start to season majority of the time.

The team's got talent...but ever since the talent rolled over to 2024, they haven't been able to put it together & can't find a way to win on the road or when they can really add to the resume. We are who we are under the leadership we have...just the way it is & its why many folks have quit having expectations for basketball season other than disappointment
