First test for new Clemson goalkeeper Trevor Manion and Indiana's Samuel Sarver makes him pay on not getting clearing the ball out of the box sooner. Sarver nets an easy one. 1-0 Hoosiers, seven minutes in at Historic Riggs Field.

Manion has to simply kick the ball out of bounds (to his left), but he clearly panicked and attempted to sweep the ball to his right with a poor touch.
Hopefully he learns and doesn’t repeat what is a basic goalkeeper tenet-if there’s ANY doubt, just clear, then reestablish defensive position.

But to my untrained eye it appears Indiana has more control in this match. Perhaps it is a product of being behind in the score.
The Tigers are playing with fire by turning the ball over and allowing so many corner kicks.

Yea it does seem as though Indiana is controlling possession time. Just need to capitalize on our opportunities. Had a few but gave up a few to end the half.

Wow! No contact at all and Indiana was awarded the penalty and now tied.
I get there are mistakes by refs, but the sideline assistant can’t be mild and meek. He has to speak up.
