how different our receiver corp looked last night with Cade throwing. He can throw dimes and our WR's responded. Nowhere near the drops or miscues. Ngata nearly had 100. Randall emerged late though the game was mostly in hand, but we are far better with talent there than the season would have you believe.

Ngata, Randall, Turner, Williams all showed what we CAN be. An off season with Cade with the 1's is going to be something to look forward to for next season.

I have concerns still, but nothing like going into this season this year.

For 2023, I want to see our secondary take major steps forward along with our O'line. WR's need to get better at blocking and creating separation.

For the most part, we've got the personnel if we can improve in the aforementioned areas. It will come down to what changes our coaches can make to compliment them. Maybe that's a shakeup. Time will tell.

Personally I feel less optimistic after this year than last. I definitely see WR making bigger strides but last night seemed to show us that unless play calling dramatically improves we will repeat this season.
Cade will get better
Defense seems still strong if we can avoid the injury bug
OLine has needed help since 2018
But there’s still something bugging me that I didn’t feel last year. I guess knowing the problem with the OC and also knowing dabo won’t make the switch is what’s discouraging
