I just think that would be a terrible matchup for Oregon State and DJ considering how much film and insight we have on the guy after playing here three years. That's a huge advantage for our D in that one. If I were the OSU AD I would be lobbying for a different opponent.

The Oregon State defense is pretty good. I don't think we would score very much in that match-up. Historically Southern teams have feasted on PAC-12 with size and speed. This Clemson team lacks tbe speed elimate. We would have to win a 17-14 kind of game.

Problem is, Clemson is too far down the pecking order of the current ACC rankings to get a better bowl game closer to home.

I want Southern Cal a team I've never witnessed us play and what I think would be the most entertaining matchup available . Hopefully Holiday bowl vs real USC but if Oregon State is the opponent I would rather drop to the Sun bowl to make a matchup with the Trojans happen.
