TRDJ has some leftover turkey breastisis. A good few lbs of it.
What make with it so it doesn't go to waste? About tapped out on sammiches and salad toppings.

Chicken fried lice or some chicken parm pasta? Or if you're still on that new year's kick of eating healthy, just grill the bastads and eat with some broccli and some other vegetable.

Take turkey breast
Dice into small pieces
Season heavily with salt and pepper
Simmer on stove for 2-3 hours with 4 cups chicken broth
Mix in bread crumbs.
Throw it all in the trash and save the dark meat next time.

There weren't no dark meat, Obed. This was a turkey breast only.

Throw it in the yard. Raccoons have poor taste receptors and don’t care about things like moisture and flavor, so they will eat it.

I dunno, but I buy the bulk rotisserie chicken breast from Costco and make great chicken noodle soup. BTW if you ever need chicken, beef or vegetable stock and do not have any made, the Better Than Bullion stuff (which they sell at Costco for a great price) is amazing stuff.

Do you have a clay pot?

Dice the turkey and put it in clay pot, cover it with vinegar, and bury it in the backyard. In 3 or 4 months, you'll have an effortless batch of Turkey Kimchi!
