Memphis @ Ole Miss; La. Tech @ Auburn; New Mexico St. @ LSU; Mizzou @ Scar; Tennessee @ UGA; Arkansas @ Texas A&M; Vandy @ Kentucky
What other conference can claim this?

Moose, I know the point you were trying to make, but you don't really have the facts working for you there bud.
Colorado St may not be from one of the power conferences, but they're a solid team on the next tier and BC is one of the lower tier ACC schools.
Duke is the defending division champion and has a great coach. Them playing at Miami, another team with a great coach and a ton of talent, doesn't look too bad.
I will give you Kent St., W Mich, and Akron, 3 out of 13 ACC teams are stepping down in weight class. The rest are just conference match ups with the quasi exception of Notre Dame @ Syracuse.

Just like the SEC, three teams are stepping down in weight class the rest are conference games. The OP was trying to elude to the fact the SEC schedules weak competition, when in fact all schools do it.

Re: I agree. The SEC and ACC are very comparable in football.

The SEC is the only conference shoved down the rest of the nations throat. ESecPN and all you coots make it out to be the equivalent of the NFC South. When the fact of the matter is there's just as many bad to mediocre teams as the other conferences. The East is weak and the bottom half of the West is weak to mediocre.
You don't see Clemson or any other ACC fans hollering ACC ACC. Y'all are the sports equivalent of incest.

Why is the East weak? UF struggled last season after losing 12 starters to injury, but they had a usual great year in 12 and beat FSU and recruit as well as any team in America, loaded with talent. UGA typically wins ten or more, recruit top 5 in nation so loaded as well, SC has won 11 three straight now. Mizzou is a good program, tough to beat, and UT has been recruiting lights out as well, so they are very talented. Even Vandy has won 9 games two straight years and are very competitive. KY is the only lightweight in that division, and even they had a top 20-25 class last year.

to the SEC championship is closing. UF's still a train wreck. If they having a winning record this season, it should be considered a success...doesn't look like Muschamp can get the job done...
Need I say more?

to the SEC. With those same big 12 players, they are now an $EC powerhouse. You know the big 12 one of the conferences you sec circle jerkers called weak. UF has been horrible under Muschamp, and that will continue until he is fired. UT has been down for 8 years. Vandy won 9 games because they scheduled 4 cup cake ooc games.

Im gonna be at the Clemson vs. SC State game ...and I am pumped ! When you live on a tugboat 240+ days a year any game at Death Valley is special . Also got the NC State game lined up , and those are the only two home games that line up on my off time. Will be available for the ACC CG , so GO TIGERS !
