Or did you not watch it? I mean, seriously, who at this point hasn't realized and felt the effects of inflation? It's been happening for over a year. People aren't "finally waking up". And, this may also shock you: it's happening across the entire planet, and it's worse than the US in more countries than not. Weird, right? It's almost as if global supply chains were completely disrupted because of...something. I guess we'll never really know.

Honestly, things are going to get bad by the end of this month. Expect inflation to return by springtime.

Right! Inflation, gas prices, war, misinformation on laptops, election meddling. All Russia/Putin. Should we do the world a favor, take one for the team, and just take him out? Seems like it would fix a TON of problems in the world.

Wait for the $1.7 trillion to be printed. We pay for it now in inflation and lost net worth from devalued $ and our kids and grandkids pay the neverending interest.
Great bill.

You post a tik tok video of a girl complaining a out grocery prices. Who or what are you arguing against here? Are there ppl claiming grocery prices haven't risen appreciably?
Also, don't you find the video strange?

She's probably right, if you stretch the timeline out long enough. Her statement probably requires some context though.

Yellen said, "Well, look, I think I was wrong then about the path that inflation would take."
My landscaper knows where the economy is heading waaay before D.C.; because he lives in the real world.
*** he didn’t go to Yale either

Yes, inflation is real…and no one is sleeping on it. Putting the obvious agenda aside, this is a person who isn’t making good purchasing decisions to begin with…bought got her stuff at Target (was much more expensive before recent inflation). Secondly, she obscures those small cosmetic items in the middle (and with her finger) on purpose.

I call BS…I went to Food Lion tonight and bought an entire cart of groceries (an actual full regular sized cart) to feed a family of four for a week, including ground beef, sandwich meat, fresh fruit (apples/oranges/bananas), cheese, bacon, eggs, snacks, etc…even laundry detergent. My total was $180 bucks with tax…although I did forget Tom’s Vagisil, which would have pushed it up a little higher. .
