I miss Buren Fowler’s sound but you can’t complain about the guitarists they’ve replaced him with over the years.
Buren was the 5th man on REM’s green and document tour I think.

I got that album first when it came out and then picked up Mystery Road. Thanks, and keep posting more.

I was looking on their website about tickets and stumbled across the concert video.
Have a nice little SE tour in March/April. Go catch a show.

I'm going to try to catch them next week, but thanks for the heads up on D&C. We used to see bands down at the old Wild Wings in Greenville.
Glad to see these "old" school guys getting back on the road.

Huge JC fan. used to see JC in Clemson with about 30 people at first. I know they played backstreets once as well as the armory.

saw JC a bunch in college. Up at App St, CLT, and Greenville. That live album was my soundtrack in the late 90's. Not sure if you are friend with Matt on FB, but definitely check it out. I've missed the first 2 gatherings in Brevard, but I'm not going to miss the 3rd.

Dated his ex back in college, so I guess we are Eskimo related. Sounds like you’re just a little younger than me but I was heavy into em in the early 90’s. Played cemeteries and Wade till the cd was too scratched to play and then bought another. Sorta faded out in the late 90’s as their studio stuff just wasn’t great but I still catch em live every chance I get, which just isn’t often enough in TN.

Athens was on fire back then. The Grapes out of ATL were also incredible. What a great time to be a kid.

Saw them open for the Black Crowes at the Atlanta Pot Festival in 1992 at Piedmont Park. FYI...Allgood is playing the Sugar Loaf Mountain Jam in Brevard with Jupiter Coyote in September. Keeping that one on the back burner.

Saw them at Magnolia's in Spartanburg in the early 2000's. Fun show. I thought that was going to be the night the floor finally collapsed.
