I’m not very good at what I do for a living.

The people who count on me to do my job constantly complain about my mediocre job performance. You should see the look on their faces when I tell them I need more money to do my job better. Lol

Yea but your job probably doesn't include working with young men half your age who are away from family, and friends, and who can't afford to date because they don't make even half of what you make a week in a year ,and add to it they can't get extra money from Dr. Pepper because Dr. Pepper knows only portals and off season issues and probably thinks basketball is a girl's game because of UCONN the Coots.

If you are a plant manager, maybe you need better equipment and/ or materials suppliers?
How hard (or expensive) is it to find machine operators and other employees?
You are probably pretty good at what you do from an operations management perspective.

your office isn’t fancy enough, and no one who came before you did a good job either.
But I think the real key is to convince them to lower their standards. Then they will realize what a great job you are doing.

You may not in a place that really yearns for your success. Do you yearn?

Wondering if you are stupid or are you intentionally distorting the discussion? If you think funding is not important then we should cut the football budget in half as we are way overspending

Is Brad really asking for more money?

If so, wow.
I think maybe Judge and the rest of you could be correct. Maybe we need a better coach and more of a monetary commitment to the program. I had a feeling that things would never get better when we decided to renovate Little John and not just start over. I guess football was the higher priority and you can't blame them.
Dabo came in with a vision and got the facilities. If Brad is only lobbying for more money for himself then see-ya.
I finally gave up on basketball a few years back. I might watch a game or two but it's mostly too hard to stomach.
I appreciate Judge and/or Brad but he's had 12 years. Enough already.

Go work somewhere else. Maybe you should go somewhere else instead of whine for 12 years. Or however long you’ve been there.

your new boss and I couldn't agree with you more. I'm young and full of energy. All I can say right now is that we will talk at the end of this physical year. Maybe it's time for some new blood to reenergize the employees and stock holders.

$2.5,000,000 yr salary & a $65,000,000 “Gym Renovation” should be

enough to hold on to a huge lead and not blow it game after game after game..
year after year after year!!!
Saying, if Dabo Swinney or any other coach did that at Clemson year after year, we’d expect them to be relieved of their duties!
