With the addition of Rumph on defense, I’m betting we’ll see a much more aggressive attitude from the team this fall.

UGA will be a good test to see if we have our toughness back. I’m thinking we’ll give them all they can handle.

Intensity is what Coach Venables brought to the team. When he left, that intensity left with him. Hopefully it is back. In team sports if you don't have a leader with intensity, you don't give 100% on the field. Intensity drives one to excel and champions always play with Intensity. You can see it, win or lose.

If you are in charge of hiring someone to be a leader, the number one trait you want in that person is passion and Intensity for the job. That leadership quality will be the motivating factor for everyone around. It garners respect and instills confidence in a team.

The more intense leadership a team has, the more it will win. I would like to see more of that on the Tiger team. Both in players and coaches.
