I am keeping my fingers crossed that they still have Hormel chili at the neighborhood food pantry, but it will probably just be corn and canned asparagus.

I'm gonna cook about a 16 oz ribeye, mid rare...well seasoned with salt and pepper and seared in a cast iron skillet with olive oil and fresh rosemary
Fixings are gonna be: - steak topping: mushrooms, red onions & fresh garlic & bleu cheese reduced in a demi glace - a salt-crusted baked tater...loaded...with 2 or 3 chopped bacon slices (none of that fake bacon bits crap), real butter, chives, salt, pepper and sharp cheddar - about 10 thick stalks of asparagus, baked, salted and finished with parmesan cheese
Probably around 30 Natty lights.

Do you mean 90% of those staying home or do you mean that only 10% of Tiger fans will be at the game? Why don't you want to know 100% of those staying home? If I'm in the 10% you don't want to know, should I answer? If you only think 10% of Tigers will be represented, how many will that be? I need a headcount when I plan a menu.

Well crap, I've been working so much lately and pulled 2 straight doubles the last 2 nights so I can be off to watch the game I haven't given it much thought. If I had the money I'd buy some Guinness and make my homemade Rueben Pizza lol. But I'll probably just go with the regular football staple of wings and beer lol.

Thanks LBB for reminding me about food for today. I almost forgot( yeah-right). I heard that my favorite pizza restaurant might possibly be going out of business, so I'm gonna stop by there and pick up a couple. Yummmmm! Skipping breakfast so I can fill up later. They make good pizza at Donatos on Hwy 9 in Boiling Springs.

It's been on the smoker for 15 hours and has about 3 more to go. Smoking on Jack Daniels Barrel wood. Smoker temp 230F. Will remove from smoker at 203F internal temp. Wrap for a couple hours in a cooler. Perfect for a gametime meal!
