According to the truck driver, she didnt have any warning. I guess the crossing lights flashing and the crossbar against the trailer means everything is OK. Looking both ways before crossing doesn't hurt either.

Evidently the driver failed negotiating rail crossings 101 at OTR school and substituted the engine ignition course instead.
