Question about Japanese Omellete rice.

My niece is getting ready to graduate college and she has mentioned she would love to try it. I would love to suprise her with this for a gift. Any tigers know of any restaurant in the greater Georgia, NC, or SC area that actually serves this?

fried rice how you want it, scoop it into a ball on the plate. Then with eggs, very thin layers in skillet, twirl with chopsticks in circle to make a swirly, place on top of rice ball for tornado omelette.

It's easy to make at home.

Not something you are going to find at most Japanese restaurants.

You need to find a home cooking place or maybe a place attached to a grocery store and then call and see if they can or will make it.

Most "Japanese" restaurants are run by Thai people or Koreans...
