Great logic there. Maybe they should do as Clemson does and schedule teams that run the offense that you will have problems with. There is a reason we play Wofford, App State, and SCSU. Some of those guys run offenses we will see later in the season, but at a slower rate so we can see it before we play the bigger teams that run it faster. Not our fault, that's your coaches fault.

We play Wofford and SC State for the same reason SCU played The Citadel this year. They're small universities in South Carolina that we're required to play at least once every season.

we are not required them or the coots. People think it is a law to play the coots, but it is not. That law did not pass. As far as the other teams, it is more of a courtesy so their schools will get some needed cash. I am sure we or the coots could fill those OOC games with better teams. Well, the coots may not schedule El Cid anymore

I didn't say it was a law, and I know the one for us to play SCU never passed. It's a gentlemen's agreement between us and SCU, and the in-state FCS schools that we will play one of them each year.
