funny how the two wins were perceived by the national media. Nearly identical results in two games in which the #1 team in the country was taken to the wire on the road by a conference opponent in Week 5 and narrowly escaping w/ a win. (I am NOT throwing shade at Georgia in any way. Swap them out for Alabama; its not the point.) Just an OBSERVATION, and another reason to be thankful that the AP and Coaches Polls (who both dropped Clemson to #2 after the 2019 UNC win) are just as irrelevant nowadays as Jtiger1's Weekly Rankings, and also a REMINDER that THE 1st Poll comes out Tuesday, November 1st.
