to workout and such.
I have a really strict vitamin regimen that I have been doing for a long time.
I just did my first month of AG1 (athletic greens) and OH MY GOSH. It’s amazing. Energy is up, my workouts are absolutely killer and I keep just thinking about how good I actually feel. It’s awesome.
I highly suggest. Especially if you struggle to eat enough greens and veggies.

AG, vital protein beef liver pills, and carlsons fish oils have been my standards for years. Beef liver also helped my energy and didn’t make me feel sick like other B vitamin complexes did.

diet, especially if you have kids and travel and friends and a life.
I want to look good for my wife. I want to be able to throw football heaters with my son at 55 and basically not be a lump on a log.
Steady gym time and a good vitamin regimen will keep you off of TRT and many other medications.
But like I have articulated many many times. You seemingly are a miserable asssshole.
