You may want to wait about 3 days or so on that test, unless this is day 3-4. If it's like everything everyone else has, it's not the same thing you had way back. It's a mild to moderate cold for most people. And if you take a home test first day or two you're sick, it will probably be negative, you'll think it's a cold, and spread it to the entire Christmas gathering. Or that was our experience anyway.

If you have to do one now (before day 3, or even after, anytime really), try and swab only the tonsils in the throat, in addition to the nose.

Mine on her way home. She just tested positive. We both had it over a year ago (shout out to natural immunity czar Tardog) back around Thanksgiving. But we also have been Pfizered and had our boosters recently. Me a month ago but she just got hers two weeks ago.

Looks like we lost money at the local Indian casino on NYE but gained COVID (or she did… though I’m probably just asymptomatic)

She is pretty achy now and tired but not too worried.

Hope you and your old lady handle it well if it is to be.

Mine also. Made it one day of teaching and sick today. Yes, I know that would indicate she did not get it there(she had oral surgery last Thursday). Took PCR this morning. Hope all y'alls go well.
