4 tackles sure is a Heisman-worthy statistic, isn't it?

Not saying it is or isn't, but two weeks from now no one will remember either performance as mush as they remember that hit.
Boyd and Bridgewater had great games, no doubt

I highly, highly doubt it.
Most fans were out getting smashed on NYE. But the Clowney play will be on best of the best for the rest of the week. Like it or not that is reality

the difference is is that big hits happen all the time. remember when the georgia player got destroyed going over the middle. also VT used to lay mfers out all game long. but not many teams have their backs against the wall and make big play after big play. Im not saying clowneys hit wasnt a big play bc it was. but throwing 26 yards downfield on fourth down is a bigger play.

You may be right, but nevertheless Clowney is getting a lot of pub.

Because the SEC has a huge contract with ESECPN….

Clowney only made that one play the whole game and that was it, he was quiet the whole game other than that one play. As you have seen from the bowl outcomes, that it doesn't matter what ESECPN tries to promote, a lot of the best teams and best players are outside of the Bernie Madoff Conference (aka SEC). So put that in your SEC crack pipe and smoke it, you silly little coot.

You're putting words in my mouth. All I am saying is that that play is what most people will remember.
ESECPN pays more to the ACC than they do to the SEC anyway. But carry on.

SAW. Boyd was a BEAST. LSU's players were whining and falling out because of the pace. Who do you think was causing it all and taking all the hits. Boyd played all 100 snaps, 20 something rushes, another 10 scrambles or sacks, and all the hits after getting off the passes(some late). Do you think any player for LSU was any more physical than Tajh? Ain't NO WAY.
