Clemson 11-1 vs. OSU 11-1 - Clemson wins
Louisville 9-3 vs. Penn State 10-2 - Louisville wins
FSU 9-3 vs. Michigan 10-2 - Toss up
VT 9-3 vs. Wisconsin 10-2 - Wisc wins
Pitt 8-4 vs. Nebraska 9-3 - Pitt wins
UNC 8-4 vs. Iowa 8-4 - Toss up
Miami 8-4 vs. Minn 8-4 - Miami wins
GT 8-4 vs. NW 6-6 - GT wins
NCST 6-6 vs. Indiana 6-6 - Toss up
WF 6-6 vs. Maryland 6-6 - Toss up
BC 6-6 vs. Ill 3-9 - BC wins

Matchups would tilt toward the ACC. There maybe 2 offenses in the Big10 that is decent and they are OSU and Indiana. Wake took down Indiana ay their place. Syracuse would beat MSU due to their offense.

Interesting discussion. Vegas rankings give an unbiased view of who would actually be favored rather than a biased opinion.

It falls out this way. Here's who would be favored

Ohio State
Penn State
Mich. / FSU even
Wisconsin
Pitt
Iowa
Miami
GT / NW even
NC St
Wake Forest / Maryland even
Boston College
Michigan St.
Duke
Virginia

So objectively, ACC 6 favored, BIG 5 favored, with the BIG being top heavy.
