Isn't great to be "hated?"
Aug 10, 2016, 1:40 PM

In the last 2 days I have heard:
1. From USuC fans--Clemson did some kind of Voodoo ceremony on Auburn to get their players hurt or kicked off the team. They miss playing all the good players and that helps them to win. (Fell out of my chair on that crazy stuff).
2. From Tennessee fans--Clemson pays recruits because how else can you explain all these Tennessee studs going there.
3. From some unidentified fans or coach--Clemson steels hand signals. Like it is going to matter.
We were never getting this much attention when we were going 8-4 or even 10-2. But now look at us.
GO TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After Cook's touchdown run last year, I stuck a pin in his doll and did a little dance! It seemed to have worked.

I think I will add Ole Miss to that too

I had a "spirited" Twitter conversion with one of their fans. Oh, boy. First he tried to tell me the state of South Carolina was not a Southern state! Yeah, it was that bad. Then he carried on how Clemson was no good and would not even make a bowl game. He tried to tell me Ole Miss had a more glorious gridiron history than Clemson. At the end all I could feel was sorry for his hatred and ugliness in our conversation.
Anyway, am I thinking too badly to equate him to the mentality of most Ole Miss fans?

The play was signaled and then they would point down or up. The VA DL was watching and telling if we were gonna pass or run. point up meant pass and point down meant run.
It was home game when Howie Long son play DL for the Cavs. it was so obvious.

we have a 2012 Atlantic Division banner when we lost the division to FSU. I have to admit... I'm not so keen on us hanging a banner for winning the division when we didn't own the tie-breaker and play in the ACCCG. The Noles beat us fair and square down in Tally.
I replied that if the shoe was on the other foot, FSU would hang a banner if the league gave them a division trophy in the event we had the same league record, but we owned the tie-breaker.

BTW remember when you used to hear about how Spurrier won the ACC at Duke. Same thing. Duke and Virginia that year finished with the same record. However Virginia beat Duke. Yeah, so Duke wins the ACC?

I absolutely love it!!! Their will never be an investigation from the NCAA bc they know that Dabo and his staff are doing things the right way. I read just a couple of weeks ago that Clemson does as good a job coaching up players as any coaching staff in college FB. When you do things the right way, it's usually the hardest way, but you don't have to worry about looking over you shoulder or walking on pin and needles in hoping not to get caught. Any of them that cheat, they get caught sooner or later. Then they get all butt hurt and start accusing everybody else of cheating, and they haven't gotten caught yet. They will never catch Dabo cheating bc Dabo's character and pride would never allow him to even consider cheating. H&LL, he won't even run the score up on teams that the coaches actually hate him bc of their own jealousy of him!!! Screw them, screw them all bc I don't give a rats A$S about any of them. I'm all In Clemson for over 50 year now, and they have talked sheet about Clemson when were mediocre, and they will surely talk sheet about us with us being one of the best in college FB. Plain and simple, Dabo has worked his butt off, and he has proved to all the naysayers and doubters, that he can coach and build a winning FB program without any help from anyone but the ones he hand picked to come in and help him. And apparently he knew the right people to bring in bc he has taken a 7-5, 8-4 program to playing in the college playoffs, and on to playing in the National Championship game. Let them talk, it lets us know that they are watching, and that they hate what they are seeing bc Dabo has as much talent at Clemson as any, and Clemson can play and beat the top schools in any conference!!!

Last year was my 50th year as a Cowboy's fan, and I finally had enough of Jerry Jones, so I jumped off that train. Was NOT going to miss the universal 'hate' (hayull, haven't had a winner in TWENTY YEARS!!!)
So now, I concentrate on my Tigers ONLY to start getting the same (it's ok coming from coots), HOWEVER, not sure I'm up for collegiate haters, too!
smh
