I remember Renfrow very well because he used to be a thorn in my local football team side. Renfrow can do it all QB/WR/ CB but I see we got him playing the WR position, do I smell a little trick play this season.

I watched this guy in highschool and he played about 5 different positions (QB, WR, P, K, Safety, PR, KR) and played all of those positions exceptionally well. He had a few offers from small schools but i knew if a big D1 school would of gave him a chance he wouldn't disappoint, and that's exactly what Clemson did, they gave him a chance and so far he hasn't disappointed. He is very fast, i hate to use a coots name but he reminded me alot of Connor Shaw in how fast he was. Once he got into the open field, no one was catching him. Im glad to see he is doing well in Clemson and i hope that he becomes a starter one day because he deserves it

And he's put on 20 pounds. That spells motivation. I think we may have stolen one here.

Tyler Grisham..Adam Humphries.. Daniel Rodriguez ----

And now Hunter Renfrow. The Wes Welker types that will sneak out into a defense and come up with those dirty gritty and sometimes easy yards.

I would agree with all of those being Welker types except Rodrgiuez because he never played. Humphries never really impacted a game, besides the one punt return TD but he made lots of plays and blocks on big plays by other guys.

Can he still hit a fastball?

Did Jack recruit him at all? Or did he just hang em up like Richard Mounce?

I hope Jack didn't recruit him. Let's let him concentrate on football. Why would he want to waste his time with Clemson baseball?

You don't think Coach Sweeney might be throwing a little extra love to the walk-on wide receiver remembering the past in Tuscaloosa just a little bit?

This kid can play stone football. Jeff Scott was praising him also and he said don't be surprised if this kid is a starter at some point in his career

I don't see Swinney boosting this guy in any way. He put on 20 pounds, something even our linemen an RB's don't seem to be able to do. I have a feeling that this guy is going be a major get for us. That means he's now at 190 with speed to burn. Yeah, he'll be in the mix. Another great steal by Dabo.
