were.all I know is these women "who would not be good witnesses" said he violated them. he has denied it. 2 courts have cleared him. there is no proof. that"s he said she said to me.seems to me he should be suspended at all

Whatever Goodell wants them to be. Why even have independent review and judgement if it means nothing. Goodell still runs the show. I hope Watson and NFLPA sues Goodell and the NFL and forces a showdown as far as independent review and consistent penalties. Let them bring up what owners have done (Kraft for one) and how they were disciplined. The conduct policy covers all players, employees of the NFL and the owners.

You can literally read it for yourself. All it takes is a little googling.

(1) Conduct that qualifies as sexual assault
(2) Conduct that poses a genuine danger to the safety and well-being of another person
(3) Conduct that undermines, or puts at risk, the integrity of the NFL

Guilty on all three counts. What the criminal courts decided is irrelevant. The burden of proof in criminal courts is rightly significantly higher that civil court or corporate policy arbitration.
