It is my understanding that there is no restriction by the NCAA regarding negotiating NIL deals.

.... all over the net that DJU will soon announce he's going to FSU.

Conventional wisdom is that FSU was waiting on Cam Ward to decide. Most folks have FSU having
1. Cam Ward
2. DJU
as their list.

If I had to guess I would say that is correct. But, there are some "FSU insiders" who are saying FSU has cooled on DJU and are looking at a guy who played in a bowl game and then contacted FSU and told them he would be interested in talking to them about transferring.
