10th winningest coach in the country + Hall off Fame. If any of you feel you can do better let me know, I'll see if I can arrange for you to interview for the job.

Your point is all well and good but please look at the record since 2008. Can you see a trend? The guy is over the hill, time to hang up the spikes, time to face reality--he's lost it! By the way, it happens to all of us. He should be asked to leave asap! Otherwise, fire him immediately. did you not see the horrible moves or lack of moves in the weekend series--leaving pitchers in far too long, saying in the post game interview that "we played well", etc. If you cannot see the handwriting on the wall---I suggest look inside yourself. It is very plain and obvious. He's lost it and that's okay. Time for retirement

Such a pathetic reply from you. I don't get paid 400 grand a year to coach baseball, bigot.

Where are the results against other familiar/ACC competition? Not arguing one way or another just odd to select only these teams.

Due to a decline in the strength of the coaching staff

I don't think we have anyone close to a Tim Corbin on the staff right now, and it shows. Also, there's a psychological component to the USC situation. Are they a better program with better players? I'd say most certainly they are, but the difference in the quality of the programs is not large enough to explain some of our meltdowns against them. Jack needs to send them packing in post-season play to right himself mentally. I really believe that.

Did Jack become coach in 2008? What do most of those teams have in common since 2008? Major investment in baseball. Look at NCState since they made a huge investment in baseball. I know most of you don't think it matters but it does. Clemson baseball hasn't gotten worse South Carolina baseball has gotten much better.
I didn't think Carolina Stadium was that big a deal until I went to the Clemson/USC Super Regional in 2012 there. The place is super impressive. If a kid goes there for a visit and goes to Clemson for a visit and he isn't a fan he will choose USC everytime.

he allowed other schools to outwork us on the admin front. Most of our major competitors made major facilities strides in all programs. We upgraded football with the WEZ, but nothing else unless it was completely paid for.

I knew it wouldn't be long before you replied with an endless amount of sunshine pumping. You are part of the problem not the solution. Do you enjoy being 5th in the conference and winning a conf. championship once every 18-20 years? If so then carry on but as for me and my family, we will not support this ######## product that Jack Leggett is putting out.

Pretty graphic numbers!

Proof is in results. Some on here don't do very well with facts like these. They'll respond that he's a HOF coach, 10th all time in career wins, 40 wins a year, yadda, yadda, yadda.........
The fact is that Jack has warning track power but thinks he can hit it out of the park. He will tease us with moderate success every year, but the brass ring is almost certainly beyond his reach. Get used to it though.....he'll be here as long as he wants to be. Time to accept it!
