Fans expectations have certainly changed, but we still want Dabo to have the same fire and accountability. That much hasn't changed. If we still lose, then we still lose. But we shouldn't be giving games away.

Changed in that he doesn’t have an All-American QB and RB (or even honorable mention all-ACC) or a top 25 caliber o-line. Having the best QB in the country will cover up a lot of issues. Etienne houses at least two runs today where our RB got arm tackled.
I’m in Dabo’s corner, but we absolutely need to get some positive from the transfer portal, if only to have talent to balance out the lost personnel. Unfortunately, Lyn-J will only be one of probably 5-6 losses in the off-season and that’s not counting Ross, Booth, and Davis leaving for the NFL.
Our depth is illusory. The young guys have talent, but both freshman safeties should be sitting another year behind pro-ready guys. Mascoll and Foster have experience but play like they have roller skates on. XT and Henry disappear from games and are not living up to their billing.

My son & I noticed last year that Dabo had changed. He no longer always says the right thing during interviews and provides bulletin board material for opponents by the ton. I think he is beginning to burn out, honestly, like anyone would do in his position. Personally, I look for him to move on to another challenge in life in the coming years.
