Obed®, you asked for a box score rushing yard comparison:

Ship had 15 carries for 132 yards (that's over 8 ####### yards a carry, folks).

DJ had 12 for 51.

And DJ was 8 for 29 passing.

That's un ####### excusable. From the very first drive, we showed SC's defense can't stop the run, especially outside the tackles.

And we just. Stopped. Running the ball. We instead demanded our QB, who was clearly not having a good day, to throw us out of a game where we already had a lead and commanded the run.

Doc Davis, former Spartan High coach, once said in the 1990s in an interview: "If you're getting four yards a pop, you can't be stopped."

And then Streeter's ######## response in the press conference. This is fireable.

Go with Cade next weekend and commit to him or lose him. There is no future with DJ and this offensive plan.

At this point I would rather loose with Cade than see anymore DJ. He's had his chances but today was too much to continue to put faith in. It's like watching an intersection with no stop signs. Sooner rather than later there will be a wreck. I'm ready to move on with some new talent and hope for the best.
