Clemson has only trailed for 50 seconds this whole tournament.

Clemson was an underdog in each of the three games. New Mexico, one of the best 11 seeds. Baylor, and Arizona. 2 of the best offenses in the tournament.

This hasn’t just been luck. Clemson is a top-8 team.

But of course you have anchors like Charles Barkley putting the fault on missed shots by our opponents.

I just can’t understand why we haven’t played this level of defense for most of the year, but I am impressed and happy.

Just the mental grind of the season caught up. Of course there are top teams who don’t lose much all season, but it really doesn’t matter if you have a team that can make a run. That is to have a mid season small slide.

This tournament provides so much adrenaline that it boosts the players’ energy. Any burn out from the season is basically gone.

They are going to give it their all.

Chase Hunter hasn’t played like this since probably December. I mean being a clutch, dominant scorer. Which is what he is.

Did we play like this mid season?

No, you’re trying to act like everybody didn’t think the same thing was happening in the middle of the season.

We were 4-6 to start ACC. And held up good enough to get us a 6 seed.

It is extremely obvious that this team is the caliber of at least a 3-seed. But they played as a 6 through last stretch of season.

Then the loss to BC.

So yes! Of course I’m going to talk about whatever the current situation is. This is a team that in my opinion stopped to a lot lower level than what it can play at.

Reality is they’ve flipped the ######. I applaud it. Great job Brad, this is his best season.
