Literally, guarded with a chaperone. What a joke. Can't take pics or get a copy as a member.
Apparently, University officials have to go to ACC headquarters to request to see the current copy. You are supervised while looking at it. No pictures or copies can be made.

Wow, is that what was said in the Livestream? If so I can see how that could be considered unconstitutional. How can you be binded by a contract and not have access to the contract?

No, the live stream said that the GOR is floating around on the internet, but not an "executed" copy. It was the media agreement that could not be photographed or copied verbatim.

Those are not "official" copies that include any changes that were made along the way.

The actual contract is not floating around the internet apparently. According to FSU lawyers. They have to go to Charlotte. It is locked up and you can only view it there. You cannot make copies.
Lawyers just stated that is about to change.

So we all (members of the acc) signed something we couldnt read or access? Sounds like our leadership is the stupid ones. How can you lead a university and then cry that you dont understand the terms.

I’m not a lawyer although I have stayed at a few Holiday Inn Expresses over the years.
No idea how the lawsuit will end, but I have to believe a judge will allow FSU to have a legit copy of the doc they are suing over through rules of discovery.

I cannot believe that is even a legal method of operation. How can one party only have access to an agreement or contract.
