Help me troubleshoot:re: Propane and propane accessories

So I have a 350 gallon tank. It was filled up in November. Last week it was empty. Dude said it was probably from the cold days (we had like 3 of them where the system ran 12 hours and then 18 hours).
So he filled it up on a couple of warm days. It dropped maybe 1-2% due to our hot water heater.
Monday the gas pack came on for 2.34 hours. It dropped 5%. So in 2.34 hours you're telling me it used almost 15 gallons of propane.
It's got to be the gas pack right?

start messing with your propane tank and the lines going into your house
best way to check for leaks is with matches.

open all winter during the renovation.
I don't think you have a long history in this house, but you got last year right? Last year was maybe probably colder or equal to this year.

I'm really hoping it's some easy fix with the gas pack (like all burners aren't lighting or something) and not new gas pack or having to dig up the line

4 ton is for the A/C part. Propane is about 91,000 BTU per gallon. Check the plate for the BTU rating.

With a history of having things tapped at your house ___

Maybe neighbors are refilling their gas tanks for their grills. Contact local law enforcement… wait they might be in on the tapping?

and a bigger leak around the knob that shuts off the gas at the tank.
Tank people are coming today to fix the knob and run a pressure test to make sure there's no more leaks.

sprayed everything I already sprayed. Tried to say there was nothing wrong. No leaks. It's not on us it's on you type thing.
Asked him if he did he pressure test yet. Nope.
Got a call a few minutes later..... "Yeah your regulator is leaking like crazy. This is on us we will put a credit on your account"
