Here's some more info on the size of the board

as compared to other teams around the country.
We should be 2nd in the ACC, just behind FSU and I would guess around top 10 (depending on if others have installed larger video boards).
Oregon and Auburns are just massive. I'm glad we stuck with size that's similar to the width of the Hill. It'll seem more natural.

I do like the amount of clearance below the scoreboard. You'll be able to see the buses and players gathering before "The most exciting 25 seconds in college football..." Go Tigers!!!

LOL. More natural in that...

It's the same width of the Hill, and not any wider.
The size of the Oregon and Auburn billboards are insanely large. Anything bigger than what we're putting in just wouldn't seem right IMO.

Seems as though the players will have to take about a 5 foot leap from the concrete concourse to the hill

It will be a miracle if this is finished by the first home game. We all expect miracles from the Tigers.
Who will put up the first point for the good guys?? . I’m going to say either Collins or Shipley.

Article says "Best is Standard" lol
Thought it was "Best is the Standard"
BTW. OU is using that one now. Saw in a video they have it hanging in their practice facility.

not just at Clemson, but in general - on a facility that is used 6-7 times a year! Even high school stadiums are getting in on the craze. But all these fancy, high tech, massive stadiums to be used not even 3 full weeks out of the year - that's amazing. We love our football!

Still got to get that thing wired up and tested. Hope everything works as intended. Not a lot of trouble shooting time on this deal.

Picture shows installation of “screens” on the outside of the stadium. Assume for protection, which would need to go up before the video screen on the inside, or we’ll have people seeing how high they can throw rocks.

I expect the back side will have more than just protection screens!
