to the NFL Draft. Does this sound familiar to anybody? Wonder if Drake Maye has the same Agent MITCHELL Trubisky did? That to me is STILL the greatest Snow Job in the history of the Draft. Doesn't quite look like Maye is going to pull THAT off, but stories do persist that he is moving up to #2 Behind Caleb Williams, and now ahead of Jayden Daniels. Why, What has really changed?

IMO, Maye is way better than Trubisky. Maye was a starter for 3 years, I think Trubisky did it for one year. Daniels is a stick and has an issue avoiding big hits - not good for a mobile QB in the NFL.

I’ve been following mock drafts for months and he’s pretty consistently been the #2 QB. Only a few mocks have had Daniels ahead of him.

Uh...Maye's been the presumptive #2 QB for the 2024 draft since like the middle of last year. If anything his standing as QB2 in the draft has gotten less solid as the process has gone on.

I agree Russell, or Ryan Leaf could be considered the biggest busts. But the

difference is, both those were HIGHLY touted the whole time in college. Trubisky had ONE year as a starter, and at the end of the season, was just considered a mid first round pick. And then, his agent sprinkled that Pixie Dust, and suddenly he gets drafted 2nd overall, FIRST QB off the board. AHEAD of Deshaun Watson and Patrick Mahomes. Still shaking my head over that one.

It's been that way off and on for months. He has generally been considered the 2nd pick for a few months and then Daniels entered the conversation.

I heard a quote from a "supposed" NFL dude the other day that he would not draft Caleb Williams in any round....period......because he was a nut job? Who knows? Maybe that is why Maye is moving up?
