Tepper is by FAR the richest owner in the NFL. He can unfortunately stay as long as he wants.

Trading McCafrey did not bother me. Running backs are too prone to injury to be so heavily invested in that position. He was hurt a lot in the past years. He is having an amazing year this year no doubt. but I think trading him, and then trying to get more draft picks was a good strategy. Now taking Brice Young was a mistake. But they were trying for a QB. I would have worked on the line of scrimmage, and take a QB in 2024. But that is the problem for GMs in the NFL. Most don’t get the time you need to build a roster. So they are stuck trying to make splash trades and draft picks.
