The one where he is conspiring with the big guy to commit bribery
Is that “evidence” or “proof”?
Or are you going to destroy the IRS whistle blowers life?

I think blackmail/extortion is demanding money or something of value while threatening something (other than money) as a consequence.
Bribery is offering (or withholding money) in exchange for doing something for you.
For the benefit of those young’uns who were born yesterday and don’t know how things work in the old soviet bloc….
Shokin was extorting/blackmailing Biden when he found out Hunter Biden was laundering money to the big guy while he was doing Burisma’s bidding
Biden being a skilled crooked politician pulled the end around power play and bribed the president of Ukraine to can & discredit Shokin - and he did it with our money…
Pretty simple standard play. You don’t have to be John Nash to figure it out

That H.Biden was mad when communicating with the Chinese guy, and that the timeframe here 2017 was after Biden was no longer VP means something as far as Hunter’s demeanor.
Biden crime family had no leverage at that time. There was also little reason in 2017 for the Chinese to suspect that J.Biden would miraculously ascend to the presidency.
Negotiators who have lost their leverage typically express anger.
On the other hand, negotiators who possess leverage are typically cool.
Remember ‘cool’ J.Biden the VP who bragged to Ukraine’s leaders that Biden would see to it that $1B in US aid would not happen if Ukraine didn’t immediately fire the prosecutor who was investigating Hunter? That was a blackmail situation. You (Ukraine) do something or else I (J.Biden) will take something away from you ($1 B).
Hunter, on the other hand, expected compensation from the Chinese. Furthermore, like a vendor selling something (policy favors?), Biden’s delivered on their goods and was trying to collect the bill. This is bribery.

Text from HB to Chinese bidness man:
"I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight," Hunter Biden allegedly wrote.
Sounds just like one of the macho biden men - throwing their weight around with shirt unbuttoned and shades on. Sick.

If he actually wasn’t taking in millions from these foreign entities.
Going “OMG ITS JUST A TEXT” is kind of ignoring the fact that they weren’t just paying this unqualified crackhead millions for his stock tips. How much smoke is needed before the possibility of a fire is even admitted much less ceasing being denied like it’s crazy?
It’s like Occam’s razor is just straight out the window for the left on this one.

The one that says “my dad is totally right here next to me! Do as i says!”
Sounds like a crack head bribing people to me. Gonna need some hard evidence Biden was involved.
The fact that impeachment proceedings haven’t started tells me pubs don’t have that evidence. If/when they do, I’m all for impeachment.

There is no formal evidence against Biden because the DoJ must formally recognize the recordings as evidence.
That will not happen outright.
Instead, DoJ will contort itself to twist the language in the recording to mean something other than the obvious.
First step: DoJ will announce that they will investigate this recording. Second step: DoJ reports, due to the complexity of the message, that it will take ~ 1.5 years to interpret it. Third step: After 2024 fake election takes place, the DoJ will enter into evidence that it was actually Trump who made the recording posing as Joe and DeSantis as the other guy posing as Hunter.
Capital punishment is restored on a one time basis, with medieval methods justified as fitting Grump’s and DeSantis’ crime.

At some point one would think that a little intellectual honesty would enter your brain and override your partisan tinted glasses. At this point you are either being willfully obtuse or are so partisan you don't care what the Biden's have done since they obviously align with your political beliefs.
You: Show me proof. Ok - Hunter Biden's laptop is crammed full of elicit activities and business dealings that has been verified as real. Some of Hunter's old business partners have even stated the "big guy" is Joe Biden. You: That's Russian disinformation... oops that one doesn't work anymore... Ok, Ok.. - the "big guy" could have been anyone and the old business partners just have an axe to grind...
You: Show me proof. Ok - two IRS whistle blowers have produced validated text messages that the Government gathered as evidence that pretty much lay out a pay for play barter session. You: Nope - not good enough as Hunter could be lying - ya know he's a crackhead. Show me proof.
At this point - what proof is acceptable for you to at least admit - something is rotten in the Biden family and it ain't just Hunter?? Are you expecting a hi-def video with a soundtrack produced by Hollywood??
The funny thing is even if the Government were to somehow get actual video of Joe and Hunter taking a bribe you would probably do some kind of mental gymnastic to ignore it as "nothing to see here"....

I’ve said repeatedly that Hunter is definitely involved in illicit activity and that Biden almost certainly is too.
What i have not seen is evidence that wouldn’t hold up in court that Joe was involved.
Also, please show me where I said the russian’s were involved? I’m not interested in your fox news regurgitation.
Due to the BS “policy” that a sitting president can’t be indicted, you are SOL until he’s out of office. We’ll see if anyone ponies up the evidence to get that indictment.
I don’t see it happening.

For the record, I think his admission that he used billions government dollars to get the prosecutor fired that was looking into his dealings with Burisma is enough evidence to send him away.
But, do you honestly think the DOJ and the FBI are in pursuit of admissible evidence?
I submit they are doing all they can to bury and conceal it because they know darn well if the democrats lose the White House and congress in 2024 there will be total hell to pay.
Would you agree that it is decidedly against their (DOJ & FBI) best interests to find anything that comes back on the big guy?

That is incorrect. Here, just read this. I know wikipedia doesn't count as reality for some of the knuckle-draggers around here (not saying this about you, 81), but there are footnotes to other sources that a person could read if they were literate and capable of independent thought.

Darn. I was hoping that you’d have figured out the answer to your own question by now.
No worries, Birm, I’m here for you.
Hunter was mad that the Chinese were late on their payment.
Here’s a lesson in negotiations (this will be an elementary lesson, appropriate for the Biden’s tactics and for newbies):
If one side is angry, then that side has little leverage.
On the other hand, if that same side is cool, then they have leverage.
In 2017, the Biden family had lost much of their leverage. They had already given the Chinese what the Chinese had wanted, but had not gotten their bribe payout in return before Brandon left office. Biden family’s only leverage rested on the possibility that Joe would make to either the presidency or vice presidency after the 2020 election. Apparently the Bidens were not successful in threatening to withhold Hunter’s professional expertise from the Chinese.
Therefore, Hunter, being a novice negotiator, tipped his hand by getting mad. Holding his duck in his hand wasn’t much of a threat.

Stare decisis.
Trump was impeached for 2nd time on Jan. 13, 2021 … when Trump was not president.
The record of Biden family’s conversation with China to pay up occurred in 2017 … when Biden was not president.
What this means is that precedent exists for a person who is not president at the time of a crime can be impeached.

Is that what we are running with?
He's a crack head so it doesn't count
If I'm following along correctly, it's okay for him to do and say this because he's a crack head. Which means that the boxes of documents secured in the garage by the Corvette could have easily been compromised by a crack head. But that wouldn't matter because he's just a crack head doing crack head things.
I'm all for innocent until proven guilty. I'm just surprised that "he's a crack head" is the defense. Imagine if the "I'm an addict" alibi worked for everyone. Prison would be a lonely place for non-addicts.
