I didn’t see any terrible behavior on tv but what was your experience?

My son and his buddies went. He said it was fine honestly. They are CU students and were in the CU section so that probably helped. He said people started leaving at the half and it was pretty much all orange in the 4th qtr. Said it sounded like a home game when they stopped them on the last play.

We Tigers love that tradition. Free fifty-yard-line seats in WillieB coming available in the thrid quarter. lol

The experience was better than usual. I believe may be attributable to new Coach.
The keys are as follows: 1. Arrive to your seats early about 45 minutes from kick off. Avoid interaction with radical fans. 2. If we have commanding lead escape between their fan's exodus in their quarter and 5 minutes left in game. 3. Get really loud when their fans are beaten down and they leave quicker- helps with exit drive home.

Some of my friends were there.

3 SC fans, one Tiger.
There was one SC fan who threw a Coke at some Tiger fans early in the 2nd quarter. She showered the SC fans in front of her instead.
The wet fans were PO'd and asked stadium security to remove her.
Otherwise I didn't see or hear anything bad from the SC fans.
I hope that good fan behavior is the norm going forward.
I think all of college stadiums will crack down on bad fan behavior after the Tennessee/Ole Miss debacle, the Florida fans and SC fans that throw batteries and liquids, the Saturday night drunkfests at LSU, etc.

It was my first time there and here’s my review:
Pros: The concourse was pretty spacious compared to Clemson’s which was nice. I also like the spiral ramps instead of the jagged walkways we have. Video board is really good. The seat backs in the upper were very nice; feels like that needs to be at every stadium. Also a big fan of access to the whole stadium once you’re in the gate. It’s really nice to be able to freely move around, and could see how that’d be nice if some seats opened up around friends in the lower bowl (as was the case last night and was able to freely move near the band for the alma mater). Also, I personally didn’t have any bad interactions with their fans. I did see a Carolina fan throw a bottle at a Clemson guy, but he was asking for it honestly. He was standing by the portal entrance and telling all the Carolina fans leaving, “Drive safe; enjoy seven in a row!” Some of the Clemson players started watching from the bench and pointing it out to other players lol
Cons: The parking situation is horrible. I thought Clemson’s was bad but Carolina is on the same level, could be worse depending on where you park. Leaving was a pain. There wasn’t much scenery either. The entire area was pretty much all concrete. Some trees every so often would honestly improve it a lot. Another video screen somewhere in the stadium on the opposite side would be nice too. Also the incessant rooster crowing has to be one of the most annoying sounds in the history of mankind.
The entrance I must say wasn’t that crazy to me; space odyssey just doesn’t seem like a hype song and that might’ve been the reason. There didn’t seem to be really any unique elements to the entrance other than Cocky behind the curtain. Sandstorm was pretty cool, and you could definitely feel the stadium moving. Overall it was nice and I’d go back again. The biggest deterrent for returning would obviously be the parking situation.
