i almost feel sorry for the Coots

This loss was soul crushing for them because it conclusively exposed the mirage that they might be improving.

Their offense is very, very ineffective and their defense is soft on the run.

They will most likely beat Vandy and become bowl eligible, but that is the last win I see for our feathered friends from U of SC.

1. Never ever feel sorry for coots.

I feel bad for the feathered friends I have. They're good people and yearn for just a decent team. They were so stoked that rattler would get them competitive. After today's crash, reality really set in.
