It’s funny to see Republicans get outraged about Swalwell

just because Fox tells them to be. He was in a relationship with someone who wasn’t who she thought she was. As soon as he found out, he stopped. And that was 6 years ago. How exactly was he supposed to know she was a spy? How many guys wives cheat on them without them knowing?
Yes it’s not great that he was hooking up with a spy, but he didn’t know she was, and stopped as soon as he found out. Not sure what the outrage is about. It’s not like that makes him unqualified for his job.

If they can prove he lied in the Mueller report, sure

that’s grounds to keep him off the intelligence committee IMO. Otherwise that whole spy thing was a big nothingburger and shouldn’t impact his career. It’s an unfortunate circumstance, sure, but he didn’t know, and stopped. And it was 5 years ago.

Well as long as he said he didn’t do anything wrong we should take him at his word right?
The Chinese spy thing is in addition to the fact that he’s just generally a dbag and lied all throughout the Mueller Report and the first bogus impeachment.
Well, are we supposed to believe the lying GOPers and OAN? If so, when will Joe Biden allow the Chinese Comm Party start moving school-age children in the US to the CCP Re-education camps in China?
Poor old demented Joe Biden is still smart enough to know that the GOP senators want to delay the C-19 stimulus bill -- not work across the aisle to pass a good bill (to help the economy, distribute the vaccines and reduce home foreclosures). He might be old and demented, but he's not stupid. (Speaking of stupid: TheRump went on national TV (TWICE!!) trying to claim he had aced an IQ test -- but the test was actually a very simple scanning test for Alzheimers, per the Doc that created the test. TheRump is an idiot!! That's hilarious!!) But it's SAD he has conned so many people into his cult. VERY SAD.

T3T you are probably correct about payback and definitely correct about the hypocrisy. If we have learned anything about the Biden administration so far it is that you destroy your enemies.

Maxine waters: “I will take Trump out tonight “ so she threatens to kill the president, gets praised, still on committees.
Swalwell: sleeping with a Chinese spy, stays on committees.
Schiff: led the biggest conspiracy theory in American history. Still on committees.
Biden: killed his first wife, elected president.
AOC: straight up lied about capitol attack, still on committees.
Really it’s just grandstanding. Everyone knows a freshman has no power. She’s about as dumb as AOC, but AOC is a darling.

Why address MTG when you can just change the subject? I mean FFS half of keowee's post is conspiracy theory or just straight up a lie.

Lol it's a moral victory when you spout something that

isn't a complete lie or a conspiracy theory. Waters was talking about impeachment, I'm assuming the Schiff thing is about Russia which was substantiated with arrests and the US intelligence agencies coming out and saying there was Russian interference, obviously the Biden thing is a conspiracy theory, I don't know what the AOC reference is pertaining to. I guess you could make the case that Swalwell is too stupid to serve on the intelligence committee but that's a far way from knowingly spreading lies that incite extremists to storm the Capitol. Think about how off the rails you have to be to have to admit on the House floor that 9/11 was real like your mom was forcing you to apologize.

There’s only 1 that I can’t substantiate, but I’m spreading that one myself, so don’t blame Q or someone else. That’s my baby.
It’s not about whatsboutism, it’s about hypocrisy. It’s 24/7 with libs, and exhausting.

Just ball up and admit that It’s hypocritical for Dems to call for taking out the president and then remove MTG from a committee. If she was rightfully removed, so should they, But they won’t because they are in power. That’s how this crap works. Please spare me the moral high ground BS. To the victor goes the spoils, it doesn’t mean they’re right, it just means they won. They’re all hypocrites, it’s the only way to get elected. Republican or Democrat.

Actually, Schiff led the first impeachment inquiry and his "conspiracy theory" was based upon proven facts. If there had been any GOP Senators with backbones (other than Romney, of course) in 2019, Moscow Mitch's headache (TheRump) would have been gone in Jan of 2019. And there would not have been a violent raid into the US Capitol. Recently, since TheRump left office, the President of Ukraine has told everyone that will listen that Guiliani and TheRump were pressuring him to create FALSE dirt on the Bidens. But the President of Ukraine could not speakout against TheRump without getting TheRump's revenge on his countrym

The Fitzpatrick folks are good peeps
Feb 4, 2021, 11:32 PM

Brian (as well as his older brother Mike) have consistently been bipartisan reflecting their districting. Their elections are often close (like 52-48) with a moderate republican often winning though it has shifted a few times.
Fitzpatrick is slightly more conservative than the best candidate from that area (Rockefeller republican type Jim Greenwod). But he's not insane like the Q folks.
