About season ticket posting to account

I understand the AD gotta be tied up talking to the Big Ten but communication stated we’d get information by the end of July.

I agree. New system has a lot to be desired. Spoke with Iptay, indicated they hope to have them by the end of the week.

Was told by ticket office that IPTAY is cause for delay. Based on email from 5/10/23 tickets and parking assignments would be available mid July. Speaking with ticket office today, now possibly late this week or first of next. Again IPTAY was cause of delay. Some things never change.
