the other day, and I read through it. But I don't recall seeing anything that gave an out to the schools...like " This agreement is null and void if membership changes."

Is l there no such language in the GOR?

doesn't specify a court/state that has jurisdiction (or something like that). Under that premise, the theory is that the Florida legislature could make FSU immune from liability in a Florida court.

I don't know much about that angle, but I thought that was interesting.

We might have gotten a copy of an older version.

I doubt it includes any provisions for schools if a member leaves. It does seem that signing a contract with 13 other schools and having one exit might be an issue for courts to decide. IDK, I haven't read the GoR and probably wouldn't know what it says if I did.
