- If West Virginia loses (as they are currently) or Baylor loses at any point in the season

- Washington loses at any point in the season

Even if we lose tonight and win the conference, a 1 loss ACC champ trumps a 1 loss PAC12 and BIG12 champ because we have more quality wins. That would make us a playoff lock. I think the odds of at least one of these happening is pretty high. We likely take care business so it won't be relevant, but that allows me to watch tonight's game without as much anxiety.

we havent won there in 10 years. It's critical for turning the balance there. It is a line in the sand. It helps recruiting.
