Are both in the portal. Bigsby us a stud... but we don't really need him. Would love to land Bo Nix though....

I haven't watched Auburn play a whole lot, but I have repeatedly seen Bigsby pull himself out of games time after time when the yards weren't coming easily.
His unwillingness to stay on the field cost his team a game against the coots.
He pulled himself out of the game so much, they started calling more passes to try to generate offense with him on the sidelines and it ended up costing them the game.
RB is not a position where we need a major upgrade in talent, so keep a guy like Bigsby away from Clemson.

Agreed. If this was a video game, go for both.
While Nix could come in and compete for the starting job for one year, that would probably push DJ to the portal or destroy his confidence. He’s be great for depth and Cade still would come in expecting to potentially get backup duty only year one, which was the same situation as prior to this season where it looked like DJ was locked in as starter for 2 years before declaring for the NFL.
Bigsby would make the RB room arguably top in the country, but there is 0.0% chance Dabo pursues either.

Young man is gonna bust some long ones in 2022 if he gets over stumbling on his fast feet and stops dropping passes.

I love Shipley as well, but can't forget about Pace. Shipley and Pace remind me of Sammy Watkins and Nuk Hopkins in a way even though we're talking about two different positions. I think Pace is like Hopkins here in that he might be the better pure running back while Shipley is like Watkins in that he's the more electric and exciting option.

I didn’t see Auburn play a lot this year but I was in a bar that was showing their game against USuC and Nix looked terrible the couple of series that I saw ended in a fumble while scrambling and an interception. Didn’t look any better than DJ at his worst this year.

He had some good games and some high turnover games.
I didn't see him gift the other team with 6 points multiple times.
We might have gone undefeated with him this year, especially if he was willing to manage the games, but I don't want him for next year.
