It's so good that Fat Alvin chose to pursue this case after initially declining to do so and after the DOJ under Biden declined to pursue the Federal Election interference charge.

It's gratifying to have a local DA belly up to the bar and do the DOJ's work.

It's also good that Alvin bumped this up from a misdemeanor through some mental gymnastics.

Now the judge has issued a gag order against Trump while Michael Cohen is free to jabber at will.

I do NOT want either Trump or Biden as President, although that's what we're going to get, but this particular trial is BS and is probably going to backfire for the Dems.

Even if Trump is convicted on this charge which I think is the weakest one, I suspect he will win on appeal.

In the meantime pure Joe took classified documents as a Senator and VP when his brain surely was working, but gets a pass because his memory sucks.

Joe also knew absolutely nothing about Hunter's dealings with bad actors and never facilitated Hunter's influence peddling. That is pure BS, but nothing will come of going after Joe.

What goes around comes around and that's not good for the country.
