because Clemson was ranked at #10 for recruiting in 2019, #3 in 2020, and then number 5 in 2021. Those are the guys starting today. Even the 2022 class was ranked at #10. With that kind of talent on the roster right now there is no way Clemson should end up at #25 in the AP poll. Our problems are based 100% on coaching and conditioning- Just Sayin'.

Recruiting rankings were pulled from 247 Sports...you can quibble those numbers if you want, but you have to admit that we have had really good if not elite classes for quite a while now. The problem has to be coaching. Has to be.

had 3 of the top 4 players on Rivals, Bresee, Murphy and DJU, so that class was a bit overranked and almost completely irrelevant to this year's team. The other top 100 Rivals players in that class were Simpson, Bowman, Parks, EJ Williams, Fred Davis and Capehart, all 9 were ranked in the top 55, and needless to say that was an extremely disappointing recruiting class that didn't live up to the hype!

Some coaches can take a 3 star and make them into a 5 and others can take a 5 and make them into a 3.

People like you are the reason education really is important. The extrapolation from recruiting rankings to firing our coaches due to their success in recruiting is verging on psychotic, but definitely intellectually dishonest - ever heard of the concept?
Had you been properly taught to think logically, you would have considered the ridiculous nature of your conclusion.
But if you want to draw conclusions that are wild a$$ guesses, go for it. Just don’t use stats to try to back up your ignorant opinion.
So I’d really like to confirm that you are a Clemson grad. While there I took a philosophy course in logic, which has proven to be very helpful in dealing with emotion based thinkers. Obviously, you did not take Dr. Makers class, but did you attend Clemson? Have they really dumbed the school down? I knew plenty of average people while there, but very few below average. Where did you hang out?
