What's the scoop with him and is he injured, redshirting, or what? He seemed like a good addition. I see he has some eligibility for next year.

He hurt his back and wanted to redshirt. He could be a big boost for 3pt shooting next year.

He was an all conference performer in the very strong mountain west which is a way better conference than the acc (sarcasm)

But I have not seen any other reports on if he did or didn’t… maybe he got it different view from CU medical staff.

I saw an interview with him where he stated one of the reasons he came to Clemson was that both sides preferred redshirting this season. Another was Clemson's facilities and supporting staff for training and conditioning, which was lacking at Air Force. He also felt he was misdiagnosed by AF medical/training staff and he continued to play and it may have made it worse.

He also said it was a hip (if I'm not mistaken) that needed time for rehabbing, not his back which we previously heard.

He improves at all off his Sophomore year at Air Force I believe he'll be a starter at Clemson and possible double digit scorer who will bring 3pt shooting- a competent replacement for JG3
