Considering that the only way to dislocate your knee is to tear MULTIPLE ligaments, I'd say it's far from good news.

back as a 100% ready to go fifth year senior and rebounds his career and is a 1st round draft pick like his talent dictates he should be.

as detailed in ortho article....Marcus will be evaluated for several days to make sure he has correct circulatory function, and nerve function and make sure swelling is controlled ...if in fact this is a knee dislocation....

knee dislocations are very serious injuries...and healing and repair are on a per patient basis...very little data to support recovery for a participating athlete.....

if there is anyone on earth that could fight the odds...it is Marcus Lattimore....I will continue to lift him up in prayer and hope the next few days have a good result and a plan for recovery can move forward!
