The first few I shoot every season I make jerky or pastrami to throw in the blind bag for a snack. After that I clean them and give them to people that like them. I assume they like them, they keep asking for them anyways. Some of the guys in Iowa and Minnesota take them to a local locker and get them ground into sausage. I have never tried that nor am I likely to pay the processing fee for goose sausage....
