For a person to say that Biden is more on it than Trump proves you are full of #### and just hate Trump. There is no way you can actually believe that. Trump regularly gives 90 minute speeches in front of thousands of people. With very minimal slip ups. Biden gives a 5 minute speech and messes up 3 times and can’t find his way off the stage. That also happens regularly. He has literally forgotten what he was saying in the middle of sayin it.

That's what Trump's Secretary of Defense Esper stated the other day. He said that Trump's cabinet got worse and worse until he left office. He stated that next time it will be even worse.
