Not concerned about a recruit that is too stupid to go to UT

If he did come here, he would sit behind our RB's and LB's that are better than him anyway. Maybe why he chose to go elsewhere with less big fish. Some guys are scared.
He would have been good for our depth, but he would not be a starter for a few years, if at all.

He would have started here sooner rather than later. He is a good player that made a bad choice but to say he is now a terrible player is bull crap.

Not saying he is terrible. Just good for our depth. He would be a role player here, not a star. I bet we look back in 5 years and see that he is not drafted in the NFL. Time will tell.

Love message boards fans. Crouch signs with us he's an awesome player with Clemson character to fit in with Dabos culture. Crouch signs with Tenn hes an average player with character issues that wouldn't see the field at Clemson anyway.

Not every player can play for Clemson. We don't need to assassinate the guys character/ability because he wanted to go to Tennessee.

If he had a hand out, which all indications are he did, then he most certainly has poor character.

Frankly, the more I saw this guy in action, the less interested I was in him coming to Clemson. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Dabo saw some things with Crouch and pulled the offer. Saying that I don't don't like his modus operendi is nnot "asassinating" his character. I suspect that he would have been a divisive influence here.I just fine with us having signed a top 5 class, and I wouldn't trade Melussi for 2 Crouches.

Crouch never seemed all in to me. I know he made visits and made statements but he just didn’t seem like all the others who truly loved clemson. And he also acted like he didn’t want to play lb. Honestly, I also thought that he didn’t want any part of the competition at CU, whether it was rb or lb. However, you always defer to the coaches and trust them. If they wanted this guy.....so be it. We will not miss a single beat without him. Good luck and move on.

Come on now, don’t be one of those ppl that says they wouldn’t have played for us anyways type of ppl. Crouch def would have played for us and I don’t think he would have waited too long with the guys we have leaving at linebacker position. Crouch is a very talented recruit and wish we could have got him but can’t land them all. He will prob do very well at Tennessee and wish him well. We got great talent at backer this class so it stinks he went somewhere else but we will be perfectly ok. Go Tigers!!

He probably does want early PT. Look how long it has taken Rashaun Smith to move up the depth chart... previous 5* recruit from IMG Academy.

has played early and often. Opportunities for PT are there, but Shaq has been a bit of a bust, unfortunately.
