We'll give everyone insurance. It will be crappy for everyone who works for a company that is not exempt or exempt government employees, but everyone will be insured.

To keep your costs down to a reasonable amount, we will subsidize your insurance by borrowing money to help you pay your bills! Also in the process we will provide thousands of new government jobs to keep track of something or other.

If it doesn't work out. Don't worry! We will tax someone else to pay your bills! (It's always someone else right?)

I will convey that to my insurance company when a hospital charges me $70 for a bottle of aspirin because the uninsured cant afford to pay their emergency room bill.
