No problem with Texas coming into the league. Even Californians with good sense have the presence of mind to escape Cali and move to the Longhorn state.

Ding Ding Ding... I don't know about other parts of Tx, but here in the panhandle, I-40 brings those Californians right to us. I am holding out hope that they don't bring their voting habits with them. The ones I know have not done that thus far.

I can go with SMU but not the west coast crowd. Opens some recruiting and not as long a trip. Fans can get direct flights from GSP to Dallas. Not sure about the others. I have driven to Dallas a couple of times in the past. As I remember it was about 13 hours depending on traffic.
